As the name suggests, the new Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a foldable smartphone with advanced features transforming it into a power device. The Galaxy Unpacked 2020 product launch on 5 August was conducted virtually from South Korea. The much-anticipated launch was streamed live worldwide. The event also released other premium Galaxy product ranges including Galaxy Note20 and Note20 Ultra, Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+, Galaxy Watch3, and Galaxy Buds Live.
Samsung has launched foldable smartphones in the past but the Galaxy Z Fold 2 is nothing like its predecessors. According to the company, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 model was designed after collecting significant feedback from the users of foldable smartphones and considering the required upgrades to deliver an ultimate power phone.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a 5G enabled smartphone with the latest Androidv10 operating system and further powered by an amazing Octa-core processor. It is also loaded with Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865+ chipset and consists of 12GB RAM with an internal storage memory capacity of 256GB.
With two stunning color variants of mystic bronze and mystic black, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 is designed with precision.
To facilitate the fold and unfold of the device, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a delicately crafted hinge behind the Samsung logo on the back of the device.
Together with a foldable dynamic AMOLED 2X display, the device gives smooth and effortless folding and unfolding experience.

The cover screen of the device measures up to 6.2-inches and the main screen reaches up to 7.6-inches.
