bigme launches inknote color+

If you have been considering buying a new Android tablet, there’s a new one in the market. Bigme has recently launched their inkNote Color+ tablet, making it the world’s first 10.3” tablet with E-Ink color display.

This launch is an upgrade from the previous inkNote Color, which was launched last year. The inkNote Color+ has dual pen and touch support to streamline your workflow and creativity – all in one stroke.

Besides that, the Android tablet is integrated with built-in cameras, microphones and speakers to further elevate your user experience.

It features a customized user interface, which is specifically optimized for ePaper displays for the smoothest user experience, a lot better than what you experienced with the previous year’s launch.

The predecessor lacked in departments of software and visual vividness but looks like Bigme has worked on those shortcomings and improved the overall UI in the new Android tablet.

With respect to the size and design, there aren’t many differences with the previous year’s inkNote Color. Most of the specifications of the inkNote Color+ coincide with its predecessor.

However, the biggest upgrade in this year’s Android tablet is the fact that it’s the world’s first 10.3” tablet with E-ink Kaleido 3 display. This is the first of its kind and is supposed to take digital notetaking experience to the next level.

Users believe that the revamped display configuration in the inkNote Color+ is set to introduce better color saturation in the display. Since the display integrates more pixels in the 10.3” display, both B&W and color images and text will appear clearer and more crisp.

Coming to the performance, the inkNote Color+ is powered by MediaTek Helio P35 with PowerVR GE8320 graphics, the combination of which streamlines the overall productivity and responsiveness to a completely new level.

Not just that, the internal specifications of this Android tablet include 6GB RAM and 128GB built-in storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB with a microSD card. The camera setting includes an 8MP rear camera and 5MP front camera to capture the stills around you.

Furthermore, the inkNote Color+ supports dual-band Wi-Fi with 4G LTE connectivity and Bluetooth 5.0 support for seamless data transfer and connectivity. The device runs on Android 11 OS with heavy customization.

Some of the rundown of the unique features in the inkNote Color+ include:

  • Speech to text support
  • OCR (image to text) support
  • Wacom EMR digital pen integration
  • 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity
  • G-sensor (automatic screen rotation supported)

The inkNote Color+ doesn’t fall short on the ports too since it is integrated with USB 2.0 Type-C and 1 x nano SIM / microSD card combo slot. It does lack on the battery life, which is decent but not the best.

Pricing and Availability

According to official reports, the Bigme inkNote Color+ will go on sale in China pretty soon. Following that, it should be available worldwide too.
