The Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 5 2-in-1 is one of the leading tablets in the market and looks like Lenovo is all set to upgrade the existing features with the latest 13th-gen Intel Core U-series processor options.
Not much has been disclosed about the revamped and redesigned Ideapad Duet 5 12IRU8 yet, however Lenovo has shared detailed specifications about the upcoming model on their website, suggesting that there aren’t going to be many differences in terms of the device’s appearance. It will most likely mimic the layout and design of its predecessor.
The 2020 Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 5i is available with processors up to Core i7-1255U Alder Lake-U processor options with up to 16GB RAM configuration. However, the upcoming 2023 variant is set to feature up to Core i7-1355U chips with up to 16GB RAM.
With the shift in the configurations, it looks like even the entry-level model of the new Ideapad Duet 5 will feature a significant performance boost like no other.
According to reports on Lenovo’s website, the new IdeaPad Duet 5 is equipped with a 12.4” LTPS LCD display with 1600p screen resolution and 500 nits brightness. It also supports Dolby Vision for crisp and responsive visuals.
Coming to the internal specifications, the model with come with up to 512GB SSD storage and up to 16GB RAM configuration to streamline multitasking experiences without any glitches.
Besides that, Lenovo is also integrating the IdeaPad Duet 5 with Dolby Atmos speakers for crisp and clear audio output.
The tablet will also feature dual-camera setting with 5MP front-facing fixed-focus camera with face recognition feature.
The 5MP rear camera also features auto-focus for easily focusing on the target and taking snapshots.
